Privacy Policy

DriveAvionn (the “Service”) is a private, concierge-style vehicle sourcing platform operated by Avionn Automotive (“Avionn,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use DriveAvionn to start a vehicle search, communicate with our advisors, or make a payment.

By using DriveAvionn, you agree to the practices described in this policy. This policy applies only to DriveAvionn and does not govern information you provide directly to Avionn Automotive through other channels or websites.

Account information

When you create a DriveAvionn account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. We also store authentication details and a unique user identifier used to secure and manage your account.

Vehicle-search information

When you submit a vehicle request, we collect the details you provide about the vehicle you are looking for, including make, model, trim, year, color and feature preferences, budget, trade-in details, desired timeline, and any notes you choose to share. We also store the vehicle matches and saved favorites associated with your searches.

Messages and communications

We retain the messages and communications exchanged between you and your Avionn advisors through DriveAvionn so we can provide a continuous, personalized service and maintain a complete record of your conversations.

Payment transaction records

Payments on DriveAvionn are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. We receive and store transaction records such as payment amounts, dates, and status. Avionn does not directly store your complete payment-card numbers. Card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own security and compliance standards.

App activity, notifications, and technical information

We collect app activity and notification information necessary to operate DriveAvionn, such as your search and match activity, read status of messages, and alerts generated by your actions. We also collect limited technical information and maintain security logs needed to operate and protect the Service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve DriveAvionn, including to:

• Provide core app functionality, such as your account, searches, matches, and saved favorites
• Deliver our vehicle-search and sourcing services on your behalf
• Communicate with you about your searches, matches, and account
• Provide customer service and respond to your questions and requests
• Process payments and maintain transaction records
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect the Service
• Meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations

DriveAvionn may send optional transactional push notifications about your vehicle searches, new vehicle options selected for you, search progress, and messages from your Avionn advisor. Push notifications are not required to create an account, submit or manage a search, review options, send messages, make payments, or use any other core feature of the Service.

Your device operating system asks whether you want to allow notifications. You may decline that request or disable notifications later in your device settings. You may also manage individual notification categories in DriveAvionn under Account Settings. Disabling notifications does not affect the rest of the app.

Transactional notification text is designed to avoid sensitive content. We do not place payment or financing information, vehicle identification numbers, detailed search criteria, or the text of private advisor messages in push notifications. DriveAvionn does not use push notifications for advertising or promotional marketing.

We work with trusted service providers to operate and secure DriveAvionn. These providers process information on our behalf only to deliver the services we use and under appropriate contractual and security obligations. They include:

• Base44, which provides the application platform, database, and hosting infrastructure
• Stripe, which processes payment transactions
• Hosting providers that store and serve the Service
• Email and notification providers that deliver messages on our behalf

We do not allow our service providers to use your personal information for their own independent purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. The information we collect is used to provide and operate DriveAvionn, communicate with you, and meet our legal and security obligations, not to sell to third parties.

You can request permanent deletion of your DriveAvionn account and personal information directly inside Account Settings at any time. When you delete your account, we erase your profile, vehicle searches, matches, saved favorites, messages, timeline, and notifications.

Certain records may be retained where legally required. To satisfy legal, tax, financial, and record-keeping obligations, we may retain financial, tax, transaction, and accepted-terms records in anonymized form after your account is deleted. These retained records do not include your name, email address, phone number, or vehicle-request details.

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we hold. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate and secure the Service, and we maintain security logs to help detect and respond to suspicious activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. When you delete your account, we erase your personal information as described in the Account Deletion section, except for records we are required to retain in anonymized form.

DriveAvionn is intended for individuals who can legally enter into contracts for vehicle sourcing services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

DriveAvionn is operated from the United States and is intended for use by U.S. residents. If you access DriveAvionn from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where this privacy policy applies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within DriveAvionn. Your continued use of DriveAvionn after a change takes effect confirms your acceptance of the updated policy.

You have the right to access and update your personal information through Account Settings, to communicate with us about how your information is used, and to request permanent deletion of your account and personal information as described in the Account Deletion section. Where we are legally required to retain certain records, those records may be kept in anonymized form after deletion.
